[luatex] luaotfload problems on windows (TL + Miktex)

I finally got around to install the Win32 version of Texlive
through Wine. In the cmd shell, luaotfload-tool --help correctly
displays the long message while mkluatexfontdb --help gives the
compatibility one. The cache paths are resolved correctly as
well, so there’s nothing wrong with the script as such, and
forcing the “--alias” should be unnecessary.

So, yes, if you run luaotfload-tool --help and don’t get the
complete message, then this needs fixing on the Miktex side. The
script only accepts “mkluatexfontdb” as an alias so we don’t
break existing scripts.
