[luatex] Announcing: LuaTeX support in Polyglossia

  Thanks Arno (and Patrick!)  Actually no, I didn't consider putting the
package on TLContrib, but that's of course a good idea.  I'll do it
after I sort a couple of issues with the current version (that should
enable a lot more languages for LuaTeX).
