[luatex] wrong hyphenation in four-letter word

beta-0.64 (as well as 0.65 and 0.66) show the same symptoms. I didn't
have older binaries to test (and ConTeXt would probably not even work
with 0.60).

The latex minimal example works fine in both MikTeX's LuaTeX 0.70.0 as
well as in 0.60.2. (I wasn't able to test ConTeXt with MikTeX's 0.70.0
without manually modifying installation.)
