Tracker item added. I think I understand what is going on, but finding
a perfect fix could turn out to be somewhat hard.

cmex10 has an extensible character list for the \Arrowvert delimiter
that starts at the middle of the right brace (that is "3B in family 3).
Clearly this glyph is supposed to be *always* skipped/ignored itself,
but luatex does not do that (obviously).
