[luatex] File permissions for luatex PDF output

Well, the latest luaotfload is v1.18, which could imply a number
of changes compared to v1.09. As for the rest, I have different versions 
here, so we end up comparing apples to oranges.

luaotfload.sty:	2010/07/15 v1.18 OpenType layout system
luatex: beta-0.62.0-2010082310
uname -srm: Linux 2.6.32-24-generic x86_64
shell: GNU bash, version 4.1.5(1)-release

P.S:  I noticed one additional thing, which may be of interest:
If a previous version of the PDF file exists with permissions 644,
the new version of the file seems to retain the permissions 644.
If no previous PDF exists, the new file gets the permissions 666.
