[luatex] fontspec prevents hyphenation

I tried without luatex-unicode-letters and the wrong hyphenation
didn't disappear. 

And I tried with various unicode chars and the wrong hyphenation
always (at least in all cases I tested ;-)) appears when the char
begins with 00, e.g.:

\showhyphens{Deutschland^^^^00f2}
