[luatex] Unicode math issue with LuaLaTeX

No problem, it worked out fine (fetched the zips from ctan).
The only odd thing is that 'docstrip' is part of 'latex'
in texlive, so I had to copy a docstrip.tex by hand.

The problem with unicode-math is that the lua table for
the XITS Math font is *not* created with a valid MathConstants
table. I do not know why that happens, but it is definitely a
macro package issue.
