[luatex] texlive-contrib: lualatex & dvilualatex fail

No, the reason is that the new luatex binary isn't executable:
> l /opt/tex/texlive/2010/bin/x86_64-linux/luatex

/opt/tex/texlive/2010/bin/x86_64-linux/luatex

If you look closely at the error message, you'll notice that it picks
up an ancient luatex from /usr/bin :-(
