[luatex] Translating TeX (obviously a feature request).

Yes, I'd really appreciate that too. Since we're at it, the user could also
define its own unit which would be added to TeX's repertoire... or replace an
existing one, so that some people could even default the English point to the
PostScript point (i.e. pt to bp). But then, it looks like this feature request
turns into Pandora's box, if it wasn't a token of our appreciation for LuaTeX
(this to cheer Taco, if needed) :)
