[luatex] luatex's pause

What confuses me is that pdfluatex and pdflualatex behave so
different.  The only difference is that the format files contain
different macros.

I have snapshot-0.37.0-2009040522 installed.  Could you send me a
format file for this version you created yourself?

$ md5sum pdflualatex.fmt
11053089e8372a41606f19678af04724  pdflualatex.fmt

Hans, I get similar behavior on Windows indeed.  pdflualatex takes 3.8
seconds while pdfluatex starts virtually immediately.
