[luatex] bug in RTL typesetting?

There are two things I find weird:

That is just the font. I had nothing to do with it. The author of the font
fortunately decided to slant Arabic script to right.

In Persian there is a difference between a dot and a zero otherwise in maths
one would mix them. It is said that zero in Persian should appear as a samll
circle.
