Working even with texlive's luatex. I pushed a fix to fontspec and our
color module and all the tests (and the manual) now build cleanly.

However, the 'opbd' test don't give the right output since the feature
is no longer included (you have to copy the .fea file to current
directory for the test to work, btw). 'opbd' was marked experimental by
Hans and not included in the generic files, there is no fonts that use
it currently but it would be a regression since current luaotfload
supports it (I copied some code but it was a painful process since it
involves modifying an existing function), we can simply ask Hans to move
it to the non ConTeXt specific files.

Also the "mark" test gives broken output.

Our test suit is not that extensive, but getting all tests working is a
good indication.
