[lltx] kpse and texlua

Hello,

I just realized that mkluatexfontdb wasn't working if lualibs.lua (or 
any other required file) wasn't in the same directory. Am I the only one 
having this problem? In order to fix this I load luatexbase.loader.lua 
(with dofile) and I fix lualibs so that it works with this system (I 
commited this small change).

Is it OK for everyone if add the line 
dofile(kpse.find_file("luatexbase.loader.lua")) to mkluatexfontdb? With 
this change it works fine on my system.
