    Karl, I wanted to link to it from index.html but I don't see
    mirroring.html on the index page that I have. Did you forget to copy
    it over, or to commit?

I've updated the index.html in the svn repository now.

I also changed the puszcza configuration to give https://latexref.xyz as
the "homepage" for the project. So we should not need to deal with the
CVS web repository at puszcza any more.

Re writing.html: 1) "Texinfo" not "TeXinfo"; 
2) missing <a and </a> (or something like that) for the "directions" link; 
3) suggest semicolons before the (ii) and (iii) items in list.
