Hello,

Just for your information the Makefile.1 contains what is necessary to 
make a tag on your deliveryif you wish — however it is outdates, still 
pointing at GNA! :

make -f Makefile.1 ctantag 
<https://puszcza.gnu.org.ua/users/jimhefferon> VC_USERID=jimhefferon
<https://puszcza.gnu.org.ua/users/jimhefferon>

I will add targets to make the delivery zip also.
