  Ensure \undefined is not defined

supp-pdf.mkii uses an \ifx\foo\undefined test, which if someone has defined \undefined goes wrong with a weird error. This was fixed in earlier versions but that was hidden away in the massive catcode block: it wasn't clear why it was needed. This restores the safety measure.
