[l2h] enumerate problems

Hi Sigue,

It did not work because internally it is being generated with DT and also
using DD.
Something like this:

<DT>a)</DT>
<DD>item1</DD>
<DT>b)</DT>
<DD>item2</DD>
<DT>c)</DT>
<DD>item3</DD>
</DL>

I do not really know how to bring "Item1" text to the previous line ...
