[l2h] Snag in installing under Mac OS X 10.10

I'm trying to install latex2html-2012 under OS X 10.10. The distribution from CTAN is downloaded and expanded.

Step 1 in the manual says to edit latex2html, texexpand, etc., and specifically, install-test. 

But I find no file install-test among the files I downloaded.

What's wrong?
