Directly, the configuration for pstoimg fails at getting gs
version, and then $opt{'have_pstoimg'} may be set to 0.
You installed TeX tools at "C:\Program Files\...", but I think
the space of the path between "Program" and "Files" causes
some problems of the configuration.
If possible, you try to install TeX system and Ghostscript to
the place whose path does not include any spaces (for example,
C:\MikTeX-2.5\, C:\gs\gs8.54).
