  I still don't have time to read the code of L2H 1.62.
  But it might because the change between 1.60 and 1.62.

  When use 1.62, then Chinese header will be encoded. I'm
  now downgrade to L2H 1.60(2k.1beta) until someone find
  out the solution.

  It can work well under CJK-4.4.0/CJK-4.2.0 and L2H 1.60.

  Yes, we need man and time.
