[ho-tex] oberdiek.tds.zip contains ifpdf.sty/ directory

According to unzip -l, it seems that the oberdiek.tds.zip now on CTAN
contains both a file
  tex/generic/oberdiek/ifpdf.sty
and a directory
  tex/generic/oberdiek/ifpdf.sty/

which cannot be unpacked (by my unzip, anyway).  I can't easily repair
this.  Can you remedy the creation or otherwise advise, please?

I did install hyperref[.tds.zip] (I hope).  --thanks, karl.
