Hi David,
Thanks for the upload. I've installed the new version and updated the
catalogue repository.

The changes should become available on the mirrors within the next 24
hours. Then I will post the announcement.

Same here with the tds file. It belongs into the top level directory of
the uploaded zip archive.

For the time being I registered https://github.com/ho-tex/oberdiek and
https://github.com/ho-tex/hyperref as home page in oberdiek and
hyperref.

Some time this year we will be able to register more contact information
with a package.  Then we will register the other stuff you gave below.
