[gentium] Display Bug in Overleaf and Acrobat

Hi Tom,

    actually looks like a bug in the gentium package when used with pdflatex.

Or a bug in the pdf renderers.

    it doesn't happen when lualatex+fontspec+TTF is used.

So it only happens with the Type 1 Gentium, not the ttf?

    It's probably because the glyphs are self-intersecting

I agree. I believe the conversion was simply done in FontForge. I
don't know if there is a way to tell ff to avoid the self-intersections,
or if it's a bug that a different ff version would avoid, or if there's
a post-facto cleanup that could be done (certainly not by hand :).
