[gentium] Bugs in pdfTeX

Hi,

While re-reading the documentation I found a part that I either wasn't
aware of or forgot:

"There are problems in older versions of pdfTEX with small caps when
using TrueType fonts. Especially the Latin encoding t5 and all
Cyrillic encodings are unusable. You can use the Type 1 version of the
fonts or at least pdfTEX version 1.40.13 to avoid these problems."

I started wondering why we had two versions of encoding files for EC
(the problem was in Idotaccent and dcroat which we had to access with
uniXXXX in the encoding file for pdfTeX, else we didn't get the
glyph). I checked again and it seems that I no longer need a separate
enc file for TrueType – the one for Type1 works just fine and
correctly displays both dcaron and Idotaccent.

So I'll simply remove the special files for pdfTeX. I wouldn't bother
supporting pdfTeX < 1.40.13.

Mojca
