[Fontinst] \resetslot in multislot.sty would be nice to have working

Thanks for the detailed comparison. However, I think I prefer not to break
DRY here (in the sense that writing out ligature commands again repeats
what is in the original file). I'd prefer too, by having a non-matching
diff, to find out if t1.etx ever changes.
