[Fontinst] T1/fcd/m/sc has wrong glyph for \v{z}, ! in \~{[C-LR-Zc-LR-Z]}

I found *MY* mistake: an index in a Perl hash was shifted so that when 
I adjusted the glyph names in the AFM files this shift introduced the 
errors ... Sorry!

There's something the technicians need to learn from the artists.
If it isn't aesthetically pleasing, it's probably wrong.
