Oh, no matter, I am very patient, it's computer matter. But, wouldn't
you like to have a look into a recent version of t1.etx? My version
1.923 from 2002-10-29 has two interesting lines:

   960   \setslot{\uc{Tcedilla}{tcedilla}}
  1093   \setslot{\lc{Tcedilla}{tcedilla}}

The Adobe Glyph List can be helful too, at least it reassures about
Tcedilla;0162 and tcedilla;0163. And there are Tcommaaccent;0162 and
tcommaaccent;0163 too. At least this list has some, to me, well-known
names: afii61352. And it's 2116 (I know it better as \numero)! A bit
better looks afii08941;20A4. At 20[A-C]x you'll find currency symbols
(up to 48, besides $ and £). So afii08941 must stand for a currency. It
I'd want to know which, I'd have to lookup somewhere else too ...
