[Fontinst] Problem with ambiguity Lira/afii08941

This does not work -- because afii08941 (and bahtthai, the other glyph) 
have no slots (-1) assigned to in the MTX files!

I think I'll create my own encodings!! 8rl and ts1l.

Any objections?
