But that should be

\installfont{psbbcj8t}{psbbj8r,latin}{t1c}{T1}{psbj}{b}{sc}{}

since the oldstyle digits in psbbj8r (most likely) aren't named as
such.
(The general nature of the game is to let two wrongs cancel each
other out
and make a right. One has to remember to include all the wrongs,
though.)
