Well, I fear that most of the encoding slots remain empty if you
directly try to get TS1 glyphs by simple mapping from WGL4.  And no, I
don't have such a table, sorry -- nevertheless, just try it and ask me
if you have difficulties.

Unfortunately, ttf2tfm can't produce AFM fonts (yet) which would allow
to use the fontinst package for creating proper TS1 virtual fonts
semiautomatically.  I say `semiautomatically' because you had to set
up a proper raw encoding since WGL4 partially provides other glyph
names as Adobe.

I've attached two fontinst files so that you can see what this program
does.  Maybe you can imitate this manually.
