[edutex] TUG'17

Greetings

As many of you know, TUG'17 will be combined with BachoTeX at April
29--May 3 in Poland, http://www.gust.org.pl/bachotex/2017-en.
Probably now is the time to start thinking about going there.
It would be great for Education TeX to be represented. 

There are bursary funds available, so if we can help some school
teachers (or even students!) to visit BachoTeX, it would be great.
