As CTAN mirrors Darmstadt, it will appear there two days after you've
put it on ftp.cs.umb.edu. (The first night, it will be transferred to
DA; the 2nd to CTAN.) I can trigger a `by-hand-update' if that's not
quick enough.
The faster the better. People can get it from ftp.cs.umb.edu if they
need to get it earlier, I suppose. Thanks for the info.
