The `xrdef' destgroup is for \xrdef (see Page references).
\xrdef defines a destination using cross-reference label as the
hyperlink label.
The `xref' linkgroup includes the \xref command (see Page references). \xref turns its optional argument (followed by
\refspace), \xrefpageword and the cross-reference (page
number) into a link, using the cross-reference label as the hyperlink
label.
