Understood.
One objection though:
On the Mac you neither have PFB nor AFM file. The info must be
hidden somethere within the typical Mac resources (LWNF I guess)
It should be possible in theory to extract PFB and complete
AFM information from those resources.
I tried a program from 1988 "unAdobe" which crashes my Mac
but successfully produces, alas, a PFB file only.
